Travel plans can change, so if you cancel your reservation 24 hours before your pick-up time you'll get a full refund. If you need to modify your reservation it wouldn't have any cost before that time either.

If you request to cancel after that time or in case of no-show, you’ll pay the full fare. Please note that cancellations must be asked directly to us thru our WhatsApp +573154755210 or iMessage

Pets

We love pets, just let us know in the special requeriment field in the booking form so we can install a seat protector, it doesn't have an extra cost.

Child car seat

Unfortunetly we actually don't have children seats available, so if you're traveling with children you could take it with you if you want to, but if a child seat is required please do not book.

Smoking

Please help us to keep our air clean, smoking is not allowed during our service.

Tips

If you really enjoyed your trip you can tip the driver, this is 100% optional.

Luggage

Up to three standard 23kg bags in the trunk. 1 personal 10kg personal bag with each passenger, if you're bringing a different kind of luggage like instruments please let us know the measures so we make sure it fits in the car.

What car will I get?

Economy fare gets the one in the pic next to the booking form, it's a sedan 5 seats with plenty space to go comfortable during your trips, if you request a premium ride you'll get a Mercedes Benz GLA200 (check it clicking here)
